I'm famous! ....well, sort of.

One of my co-workers was looking through some of our new online brochures when they found this picture in one of them. The guy nearest to the camera is my latest trainee, Adriel, and that's me next to him trying to ignore the annoying guy with the camera. You see, every year or so, they have a big photo crew come in and take pictures around the office so they can put them in catalogs and brochures and such. They make us wear matching shirts and then shine bright lights on us while we work and take a lot of pictures and interrupt our work. At least this year they didn't bring in any models. :) In past years, they've had whole groups of people who don't work in our department come in and sit in our chairs and wear our headsets and pretend to be working. We might not be as pretty as the models, but at least we actually work there.
Anyway, I thought it was pretty cool that I get to have my picture in an obscure sales brochure that no one who knows me will ever see. But at least now you all get to see what I look like while I'm working, even if it isn't the most flattering picture. And in case you were wondering the answer is yes. My job is every bit as exciting as it looks. :)
